Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases on Celestaura are generally non-refundable.

Because Celestaura provides a digital service with instant access to AI-generated content, and because the nature of the Service (entertainment and self-reflection) is clearly disclosed prior to purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Cosmic Pass subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the end of that period.

No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days.

3. Exceptions — When We May Issue a Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our side.
  • Service unavailability: The Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid subscription period, due to an outage on our side, and you have not been able to use it at all.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event. We reserve the right to determine whether an exception applies.

4. No Refunds for Content Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not available on the basis of dissatisfaction with the content, accuracy, or nature of AI-generated readings. As stated in our Terms of Service, all readings are entertainment content only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, meaningful, or applicable to your situation. The subjective nature of cosmic readings means results will vary and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, please contact us at hello@celestaura.space with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and dispute the chargeback.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The current policy applies to all purchases made after the "Last updated" date shown above.
