By accessing or using Celestaura (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Celestaura is provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

All readings, analyses, insights, and content generated by Celestaura are based on numerological and astrological principles interpreted by artificial intelligence. They are entirely fictional, general in nature, and generated algorithmically.

Nothing on Celestaura constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: psychological, medical, financial, legal, relationship, career, or life advice. You should not make any significant life decisions based on content generated by this Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reading or analysis
  • The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Results obtained from use of the Service

Numerology and astrology are not scientifically validated. Any perceived accuracy of readings is coincidental. The Service relies on AI-generated content which may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or nonsensical.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CELESTAURA AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal, emotional, psychological, or physical harm
  • Decisions made in reliance on any reading or content generated by the Service
  • Any outcome or consequence resulting from use of the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $12.00, whichever is less.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements
  • Not use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
  • Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit outputs from the Service
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Cosmic Pass subscription is billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code comprising Celestaura is our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its outputs without our express written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our sole discretion.
